We are happy announce that for the 2nd year in a row Special Productions was voted as a winner in the Live Music category in the Cleveland Jewish News "Best of..." 2006 Readers Survey. We are very honored and excited to again receive this award. We would like to thank all of you who voted for us. We promise to keep working hard to stay one of your favorites by providing the best in music entertainment for any type of event. Many of you are well aware of our three "Special" bands, Special Request, Special Blend and Special Event. We have been providing great music to Northeast Ohio for over 25 years. Special Productions was on TV! John and Darla made a personal appearance on WKYC Channel 3's morning show Good Company. We discussed the upcoming Ultimate Wedding Giveaway at the Terrace Club at Jacob's Field on Friday, September 8. In addition, discussed what Special Productions has to offer.

Special Request is playing in concert on Sunday evening, August 27 at Hereford Park in Akron. Concert starts at 6:00. Stop by and hear this amazing band!Sunday night, ice cream, fun for the kids, and great music. What more could you want? Hope to see you there.

Special Productions would like to congratulate Catherine Sroka and Scott Demchuk on winning the Ultimate Wedding Giveaway. The entertainment planned for this evening simply defines anyone's idea of the Ultimate Wedding.
It starts when the guests enter Jacob's field through the left field entrance. They begin to hear the beautiful sounds of the Kentland String Ensemble carrying through the ballpark. The guests will enjoy the music of some of the greatest classical composers. The works of Handel, Mozart, Bach and others will usher guests to their seats as they await the anticipated event. The fanfare of The Regis Bookshar Trumpet Ensemble will echo through the air to announce Catherine's arrival as she makes her way to home plate where Scott will be anxiously waiting for her. After the exchange of vows, the trumpets will introduce the newly married couple to the world as they make their way up to the Terrace Club. Once inside, everyone will enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while listening to the talents of the Special Productions Jazz Trio as they provide a smooth, sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere of celebration. The festivities will then move downstairs for dinner and dancing where the lucky Bride and Groom and their guests will enjoy the ultimate in wedding entertainment. Special Productions DJ, Larry Kopniske, will work along side one of Cleveland's top live bands, Special Request. The guests will enjoy the best of both worlds, a generous mix of today's music, along with the fabulous vocal talents, musicianship and energy of our amazing band, Special Request. This evening's entertainment will combine to provide Scott and Catherine with one spectacular evening filled with many treasured memories that will last forever.
