Blue Lunch
Blue Lunch is an eight piece band the plays 1950's ear swing & jump blues, along with Chicago-Style blues and New Orleans R&B. Blue Lunch's line up of bass, drums, guitar, harmonica, piano, and full horn section enables Blue Lunch to keep the dance floor full wherever they play. In the competitive Northeast Ohio music scene, Blue Lunch stands out with its unique sound.
Blue Lunch was founded by leader Pete London in 1984. Since that time, Blue Lunch has played steadily at nightclubs, colleges, festivals, resorts, weddings and corporate and private functions.
Blue Lunch has performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, at world famous Severance Hall and the Ohio State Fair. They've opened shows for Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Robert Clay, The Beach Boys and many other artists. Blue Lunch has recorded four CD's, including their newest “Big Sound Blues”.
