In 2005 Helen was recruited to produce and perform a five nightly pre-show at the Carousel, the world’s largest dinner theatre. In September of the same year she also debuted her own One Woman Show "FEVER" at the Carousel with the seventeen piece orchestra "Dave Banks Big Band" to an enthusiastic sellout audience.
