Tommy Scott has been working in the music and entertainment business for more than 25 years. Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, Tommy opened Tower City, The Galleria at Erieview and Tonight, Tonight, a restaurant and club at which he played for five years. He has appeared on several local morning shows and is currently pianist/singer for the dance band Special Event. |

A versatile, studied musician with two Master's Degrees, Mr. Scott is an award-winning, published composer, and was the house pianist for three years at the storied Theatrical Restaurant, playing with the likes of Cozy Cole and Glen Covington. He has studied with Marian McPartland, accompanied Bob Hope, played with Clark Terry and Bill Watrous and performed in such disparate places as Key West and Nice, France. |
Tommy has been performing concerts of the American songbook lately, and has released two recordings in the last three years. The first, a solo piano album, is entitled "Penthouse Serenade," and the second, "Harlem Nocturne," features Mr. Scott playing and singing. In addition to performing solo, Tommy also offers his group as a small combo, by adding bass, saxophone and drums. |
